Lage des Hotels zum Zentrum sehr gut, z.B. 10 Minuten zum Stephansdom. Noch näher waren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Frühstücksangebot mehr als ausreichend und vielseitig. Empfangsmitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, war Teppichboden im Zimmer, hätte mal shampooniert werden müssen. Wien zur Weihnachtszeit hatte Besucher aus allen Herren Ländern und es gab überall lange Warteschlangen - wofür sie nichts können, aber vielleicht eine andere Reisezeit vorschlagen.
