Kundige gids Ramon die ons goed begeleidde. Eenmaal aangekomen bij de Caminito del Rey zijn we met een officiele gids de wandeltocht gaan doen. Onze eigen gids stond ons bij de uitgang op te wachten en verzamelde iedereen weer bij elkaar. Goed georganiseerd en de busreis viel mee, twee uurtjes heen en twee uurtjes terug. We hebben voordat we begonnen nog even koffie kunnen drinken, ook na afloop was er tijd om even bij te komen en wat te eten en drinken. Zeker een aanrader!

This trail was known like "the most dangerous hike of the world" before the renovation. You will discover the dramatic scenery in this impossible path. You will do this safe hike in an small group where you receive attention from your guide include round-trip transportation from Seville.
You will make this hiking tour leaving Seville around 8:45am in the morning. After 2 hours drive in the minivan you will arrive into the beginning of El Caminito del Rey near the town of Ardales. You can have a coffee or breakfast( not included) before the entry of this hike of 7 km. Nowadays it´s an easy hike available for everyone predominantly on a wooden boardwalk, you’ll hike past Los Gaitanes gorge. You will pass between Marvel at rugged rock formations, absorb spectacular views of Guadalhorce river and summon your courage to cross the Hanging Bridge. After 2-3 hours of hike you will finish close to the town called El Chorro where you will take the bus to the entry of the path.
At the entry you can have lunch close to the lake in a restaurant (own expense) and you will take the way back to Seville to arrive around 7.00pm.
