Guide sprach zwar fließend Englisch, hatte aber so einen italienischen Akzent, dass sie kaum verständlich war. Tour begann mit 20 Min. Verspätung, da Chaos beim Aufruf der Teilnehmer war, da 3 Gruppen gleichzeitig abgefertigt wurden. Der verspätete Start wurde nicht ausgeglichen, d.h. die Tour war 20 Min. kürzer. Tour deckte nur einen kleinen Teil des Geländes ab. Am gravierenden war aber die Unverständlichkeit der Führerin.
