  • IMPORTANT: Disabled people don't need to make a booking they can enter freely by showing a Valid ID/Passport and a Disability Card of more than 74%. The local staff will give all the support needed
  • Children below the age of 7 can enter without a ticket, but it is mandatory to bring a valid ID or Passport
  • According to the Official Vatican State Regulation: the Management of the Vatican Museums reserves the right to close an exhibition area or the entire Museums as a result of a force majeure event, without being under any liability to refund the admission ticket. This includes the Sistine Chapel

    Elämystä ostaessa tulisi olla selkeästi ohjeistettuna, ettei tui:lta saatu "lippu" vatikaaniin ole virallinen lippu vaan se tulee vaihtaa viralliseen lippuun oppaalta paikan päällä. Tiedoissa ei myöskään kovin selvästi ilmene, että paikalla on opas, joka on löydettävä ihmisjoukosta. Oppaalla olleessa lipussa ei myöskään ollut näkyvissä tui:n merkkiä. Opas oli kyllä osaava ja ystävällinen. Elämystä varatessa mainostettiin ilmaista peruutusta, joka ei todellisuudessa ollut mahdollista, yritettiin
